I have been trying for weeks to get a hold of someone to help with a return. All I wanted is a return label! The dress I ordered is too small and all I want to do is exchange it for the next larger size. RowanGirl suggested I keep the original order, maybe give it to a friend, then buy a new one. THIS is customer service?! I have sent umpteen emails and Facebook Messenger (which they recommended), and now nobody will respond. This dress was supposed to be for my son’s wedding dress rehearsal. I took it to a tailor but letting it out is cost prohibitive, and even the tailor said the quality isn’t worth it.
This is the absolute WORST company ever! I have been emailing them for 2 weeks now to return and get my money back and they are delaying their time and saying the same things OVER AND OVER again about that they will give me 30% discount on the next item! There will NOT be another order from me. I have not received my full package and paid over $100.00 for this crappy/cheap material! I DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not order from this company. I never received two separate orders I placed, and they never responded to my messages.

I ordered a suit and a dress. Neither came. I won’t order anything on line SCAM!!!
I have asked the return address many times and now they do not even reply back to me. The dress is terribly made and looks nothing like the picture. They have now told me to give it to a friend. I would never ever use this site again.
Complete trash can’t even call this a company! Have been trying to do a return with them for over a month now and they won’t give an address. They said keep the items and we’ll give you a 12 refund and 30 percent discount for your next order. I payed over 100 dollars for this trash and want my money back! Will not ever be buying anything from this place again. Worst mistake. Can’t get a hold of anybody for such a simple return process it’s beyond unprofessional!
My experience was much the same as the other commenters here. I found their clothing to be very low quality, cheap material, and the sizing is wayyyyyy off from what they indicate on their website. They responded to me when I requested to return my order for a refund, which their site makes seem like a simple process. Nothing could be further from the truth. The address for returns? CHINA! They only charged me $7.99 for shipping the clothes to me but I had to pay over $40 to USPS to return the clothes to them. And now that they have them back… in perfect condition because I only wore them once to try them on and realize they were way too small for me… now that they have them back, they told me that China customs taxed my order so they would only be refunding HALF my money!! I have no idea why China customs taxed my order but it has nothing to do with me or anything I did. They should not penalize me for it. They are a TERRIBLE business that people need to AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
Spent over a 100.00 amdbsemt enerything back. Paper clothing.. you can see through it .. paid for expedited shipping took twice the amount of time. Also never received my refund ! Scam and they should be ashamed of themselves. I hope better business Steps in..

I got scammed. Bought a jacket from Rowangirl which looked great in the ad but what I received was made with a cheap fabric and looked nothing like the one in the ad.
Crap! I asked for the address 5 times to return an item. DO NOT buy from then. False advertising of items. What you see is NOT what you get.
