# There are two Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages you can find in its website. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages which you can find from the bottom of the Checkout page have provided the contact email address as "service@vikitop.com". However, this email address belongs to the online store known as VikiTop which had lots of complaints from the clients and already closed by now. So, this proves that it is run and operated by the same owner of VikiTop which is obviously not a good sign.
# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

I agree. Roeffler is a scam.
I recently purchased an item from them, and I was told I would be notified when it was shipped out. Over 2 weeks later, no notification was received. I contacted them at which point they kept saying the same thing repeatedly-please wait patiently and don't worry. They eventually stated that the item which I purchased was a 'pre-sale' item and that it could take longer to process and that it would be first priority to ship out and that I should have a nice day. I am still waiting for my item. Very disgraceful!
