I made a order June 6th and have never received it and now way to get in touch with them
The last information received by this company was 17th June 2022 with order no and that they would notify me when it would be shipped. I have heard nothing since. I have sent numerous emails to the email address which they put on their correspondence and which yahoo mail said it did not exist and could not be sent. This is very annoying.
I didn’t pay much attention to the site when I ordered a dress my wife liked until a month later it still didn’t arrive I emailed them and they said it would be with be in 10-15 business days this has gone on for about 2 months and now I can’t even contact them by email my wife and I don’t get much money but to be scammed like this is disgusting
I ordered some items off Reraul but still haven’t received them over 30 business days later. The email address provided is no longer found so I’m guessing I have lost my money and won’t be receiving anything. Wish I had read this review first… know better for next time. Certainly won’t be referring anyone to Reraul.
oh wow I think I'm one of the vitimes, I ordered 5 dresses since June and i have not received it till today, hope this will help others not to be blinded like me
I ordered 4 ladies tops and promised delivery by end of June 2022. I emailed to see when I could expect delivery and was told it would be in the next 10-14 days. Despite 2 further emails and having been told they would refund me the cost of the tops I have emailed today and email address is no longer in use. I have lost approx £40 but would never use this company again or recommend them. Disgusting thieves, taking peoples hard earned cash.
I made an order with that company a month ago today. Haven’t heard a thing from them and can’t get in contact with them.
