  1. I paid for a do it all juicer in September 2022 and I'm still waiting for it to arrive I then received an email receipt on 30/09/22 from Z MASTERMINE PTE. LTD. informing me that they've received my payment of $29.98. After waiting a month I sent an email to this Z MASTERMINE who emailed me back saying that my order would be arriving within 15-20 days. What a load of rubbish ?. I emailed again and received some sort of itinerary of my items journey, I saw their advert on Instagram now surely Instagram should be aware of these scammers and block them from advertising on their platform.

If you want your money back, then you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using your PayPal account, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review as a reference. Good Luck!
