What is Postal-Agent .com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling stamps, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Postal Agent is categorized as one of the fraudulent sites due to the following drawbacks on its website:

Brand Misuse:

It is misusing the name of the United States Postal Service by providing the United States Postal Service as its website name and logo without having association with the United States Postal Service.

NOTE: Although it is misusing the name of the United States Postal Service at the time of this review, it may misuse another brand and may change its website details completely in the future, since lots of similar kinds of scam sites are doing so.

Company Address:

The parent company’s name and address is mentioned on its Terms of Service and Contact Us pages as Mexong Ltd: Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. This parent company name and address is provided in the image format rather than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam sites so that no one can find their site by searching this company name and address on Google. On top of that, there are multiple companies using this address (Source: companieshousedata.co.uk). This proves it is only a virtual address used by multiple companies just to register a company in the UK Companies House by renting an address from virtual address service provider. So, this address is not a physical location of its company or store. Moreover, this address is found to be used by other problematic sites like CapuyamTop, Wnderhours, Roseleven, Petslullaby, Mooinij, Banneta, Fixoar, Worthtb, Brioped, Cassyz, Vivdary, Emcak, Kimiway, Kittiway, Evisful, Zlaatt, Nowonow, Diorcy, RebornDollWeb, AdorableDoll, Shartbe, RooaesTop, TiandauTop, Clogm, Predala, Neverha, MiapetShop, ImeranceTop, Maybeliv, Maybellihot, Penetres, EhoerTop, Waukei, Ruongg, Chokoura, MemoryMe, Quiret, Malhone, etc. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address Mexong Ltd: Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee and Norton at the bottom of its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell stamps at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple scam sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return And Exchanges Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense). So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Based on the above stated facts, we can draw the conclusion that Postal-Agent is one of the scam websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !
