Its company’s address is given at the bottom of its website as 889 Americana Way, Glendale, CA 91210, United States but there is no business with the name Poseilo that has bee mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there are other businesses mentioned there such as Apple The Americana at Brand, Peter Terzian and so on.
Another address is provided on its Shipping Policy page as 2361 Plaza De Oro Benicia California 94510. However, Google Maps pinpoints this address on the road in the middle residential area where there is no business with the name Poseilo that has been mentioned on or around the address. This makes it clear it is trying to hide the information, so we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.
Security of the website:
It has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton, etc. on its Products details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Lots of details on its website including its website them match with multiple scam sites.

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Yeah, I just joined the club. Exact same experience as all of you, above. Lesson learned, I guess: check the online reviews BEFORE ordering from some apparently sketchy site. At least PayPal did make good on it, so good for them, but I hope they do something to flag this outfit and at least prevent it from using PayPal anymore.
Happened to me too I contacted fedex and they said it was delivered to another address and package was not for me I also emailed this seller and no response what so ever.
If you were scammed by Poseilo.com or Chu Thi Thao, and PayPal denied your dispute because of a fake FedEx tracking number, you can call PayPal to appeal and they will refund your money. I have confirmed that this sellers merchant account is now flagged on PayPal. My money was instantly refunded after I called PayPal. 844 368 6633.
Scam,. Same experience as above. No emails work and no physical company exists. Received an order confirmation from them claiming paypal payment but it was charged to my cc and paypal has no record of the transaction. When I requested the order be cancelled through the Poseilo site I received a FedEx tracking number that confirms a delivery that never occurred. Have they hacked into both FedEx and Paypal and crested false records?
Buyer beware. This is a pirate site that will not deliver our products to you since we do not sell them our products.
Scam! I ordered a item from this online store. I got an order confirmation email which stated that a shipping confirmation email would be sent when shipped. My card was charged by paypal which said I authorized to pay "CAOTHITHANH POS" I tried to contact the company with all email addresses non-deliverable and a non-existent phone. Waiting to see if bank will cover the scam.
It's a Scam. Their addresses don't exist and we manufacture a product they purport to sell. We have never sold them the product and their advertised price is lower than any wholesale price we offer.
