What is Polental.Space?

It is an online shopping store which is selling fashion and clothing products like tops, tunics, t-shirts, sweatshirts, dresses, denim shorts, vests, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Polental Space is classified as one of the doubtful sites because of the following reasons:

Company Address:

The company’s address is provided on its About Us page as No.141, Tianjiazhuang Village, Shunwang Street, Zhucheng City, Weifang City, Shandong Province. Google Maps can't find the exact match of this address. Hence, we shall not choose such an unprofessional site for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. guanxiujuan@germel.online is not related to its domain name.

Another email address it has provided i.e. royceknox772@gmail.com is also a free email address but not its domain specific one. The same email address is used by other sites like Fretenu, Caliagt, Burnbdg, Mediumciwe, Wihune, Ordinuta, Sailyusa, Stratumasa, Onconden, Useheta and so on.

Although its address is from China but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. How can a company from China be governed by the laws of the U.K.? This is completely a false statement mostly provided by the problematic sites.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is providing heavy discounts on lots of products it sells that seems too good to be true to get from any legit sites.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content including its website theme match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Likewise, it has mentioned the website name of some other company rather than its own on its Terms of Service, etc. pages i.e. Ellaon.com but it has not provided any information about its link with that company whereas legit companies always mention their connection with other sister websites if any.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Returns Policy which says that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Considering the facts aforementioned, we have come up with the conclusion that Polental Space is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!
