Ordered 5 pairs of Christmas pumps/canvas shoes. The tracking was all in Chinese and only dates were in English. The items were ‘supposedly’ delivered back in December , and I found this out by the limited information in the tracking number (which tbh anyone can link a number to a page and just add random details) with just a green tick next to it. I contacted them via email for more information and at first they seemed helpful, however when I questioned which courier/postal delivery service they used and if they have more information their end, all of my emails are now gonna unanswered. Unfortunately th is was the only time I didn’t go through PayPal as they didn’t give me a choice so I stupidly thought just this once it would be ok. For those of you reading this, please take care as I am now out of pocket so I can only assume this is a scam company.
Placed 2 different orders before Christmas. Never received Scam for sure!!!! Would love to have my money back!!!!
I ordered two pairs of tennis shoes my credit card was charged it said the item was shipped out I still have not received the item and I have emailed them several times and they never responded to my email and the telephone number that they have to contact them when you call it it says it’s restricted call customer service but yet they don’t give you a telephone number for customer service total scam and rip off
