I apparently have been scammed by Pineapplz.com for the purchase of a boat gas tank on june 4 2022.
Total Scam. sold me a $430 ladder for $70. Charged my card but I never got it and I can't get a hold of anybody or response to many emails. I'm refuting the charge with my credit card company to try to get back my money. Don't even think about buying from this scammer.
Please post what legal authority governs a scam such as this if found to be a fraud ?
