This website is totally scam and fraud. I ordered a bag three months ago. They provided a tracking number after many emails, but they removed the tracking number, and no any response.
I did the same and ordered the suitcase at the end of September and still nothing and now to find out it’s a scam really makes me angry.
In this case, you should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid using your PayPal account, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review. Good Luck!
I ordered a suitcase earlier this month, I did not get a tracking number, so contacted them at
phsourceyi .com.
They replied & said the item had been dispatched, but couldn’t supply the tracking number as there
was a technical problem with their warehouse.
Contacted them since & not had a reply and not received the suitcase.
Now found this site & realised it is a scam site.
Facebook should allow this type of post.

Completely agree. I sent for a suitcase last month and still waiting for it. No way to contact them either.
