IT IS A CRISTAL CLEAR SCAM! DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! They send you something which has nothing to do with what you ordered, a horrible fabric and cut. Then when you want to return, they just start a cheap bargain like sticky street sellers. Terms and conditions is a huge lie. If you already bought, customer rights, web crimes, hiring a hacker. Do everything you can do to these cheap thieves, I am on it. They also do not send you an invoice. So keep the confirmation email and your emails when you contact them as proof.
Yeah. I currently order their products twice and they kept seneing me Wrong design outfit unacceptable! Unfortunately they can't figure it out to give me the right answer why they sent me a wrong outfit . They offered me a $7.00 refund and $10.00 gifts card... I have all the pictures and conversation saved. So I don't recommend a 100% the Pelilys online shop web. Absolutely a Scam!

very bad client service . size too big . and the answers are not suitable , when I asked to send the items and get refund they told me we will give you 30% refund because sending the items costs too much( it costs me 7,99 euros when I got the items) , but they refused to send me return label. so I called paypal! problem solved
Horrible experience with this website!!!!! I ordered items for a vacation about a month in advance before leaving. After I placed my order I received confirmation of my order without any notice of shipment. Approximately 10 days after ordering I received an email saying that one of my items were out of stock. The customer service representative recommended that I choose another item instead of receiving a credit. (First red flag) I willingly chose another item. I received my first shipment about three and a half weeks after placing my order. One of the items was very cheap looking and did not look anything like the item online. I emailed the company and told them I was unhappy with the item and wished to return it and receive my money back. They did not supply me with a return address and I am currently still trying to return the item. After countless emails back and forth with the only email address provided on their website, they have incessantly informed me that I should keep the item and told me that I will be responsible for the shipping costs back to china. They offered me a 20% refund. I declined and then they offered me a 30% refund. I declined that as well, they responded with a 40% refund, which I also declined. When I responded to decline that offer I received an automated response email stating that they’re on holiday from June 2 to June 5, 2022 and will reply to my email when they are back in the office. I am anticipating that this was done purposely to delay the time of my eligibility to return the item within their 30day return window. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend that everyone steers clear of pelily.com and do not purchase ANYTHING from them.
DO NOT BUY FROM PELILYS.Pelilys is not ready to do business. They won’t take returns even if we prove that the cloth didn’t fit. They try to do everything to avoid a full return. They offered me $20 store credit which i didn’t want to buy anything from them. They offered me 20% refund and keep the dress. Why if the dress didn’t fit me? Well, after many emails, they offered me 50% refund and keep the dress. So, well, they gave me 50% descent not considering tax so the refund was less than 50%. So, now i have a dress that doesn’t fit me because they didn’t want to receive the dress back because of returning cost. And, didn’t want to give me a full refund. Horrible company to do business with.
