I was cheated by this company also. They were always nice and told me they would reship. I think after three months I said I want a refund, they said ok. That it would take a couple months. I was stupid enough to believe them as I did the same thing with another company about the same time. I had picked gifts out for my daughters and granddaughters. No more shopping for me. On June 7, 2023 I placed an order. I was tracking the items. On July 12, 2023 the tracking said it was delivered. I looked everywhere and there were no items! When I went into the site it said Kohl’s. When I received a confirmation email it was otlgtc #5975. I have emailed them several times but no response! This is sad that they can do this! So I will try to call my credit card holder and dispute it.
I placed an order June 7, 2023. I have been tracking it for quit sometime. July 18, 2023 I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered. I went out to check and looked all over and it wasn’t there! I have e-mailed them several times and no response. Either give the merchandise that my credit card has been charged or I will call them about this fraud.
I placed an order on June 11, 2023 and have been tracking it since. The "tracking" said it was delivered on July, 13, 2023, but it was NOT.
I ordered also in June. Too bad the outfits were very cute. I spent 40 bucks so it looks like I’m the big time loser. Buyer beware. I think it was because they had a time limit when you could purchase the outfits that got me without looking into this more. I hope they get theirs in the end because this is sad to do to people.

Purchased $40.00 worth of clothing. Didn’t receive it. I have emailed them and get a message back from a different email address each time. They have emailed me as “Orange” and as “Haines.”
I purchased some items from this site that totalled $32.16 on 6-7-23. (I have my credit card statement showing the amount was paid on 6-8-23.) I have not received the order or had any contact from the seller. I want the items, but if they can't be shipped soon just refund my payment.
Of course I was sucked in by the Kohl's name. I have bought products from them in the past and have nothing but good things to say. this other company who is stealing money from people should be prosecuted the fullest extent. I guess this is a lesson learned, to read everything before ordering.
