Can’t the UK Cyber Police track these people down and arrest them? Can’t they be stopped by Facebook. Can’t Facebook get into matters such as these as that’s the avenue they utilized to conduct their scams.
I ordered a white blouse 02/14/2023. I requested a refund , no response. Maybe Iam a victim of a scam.
Ordered bathing suit and wrap finally finally it came but … it is NOT a real bathingsuits it is a regular thin fabric with no bra or elasticity! Very pretty but not a bathingsuit’!!! Tried to return have all info and paperwork but no response!!!’

I placed an order with this online company in early July and today is August 18. The original transaction appeared above board with the tracking information provided by an online service x border E-commerce, which claims to be more than the payment processor but the guard of the customers interest. At the beginning I received what appeared to be legit tracking info but to date I am no where closer to knowing where exactly my purchase is at. Last tracking info suggested it was in my country of destination but the info is not systematic which made me suspicious. Their online system is also supported by support@ordinarilyla .com but they promised to solve my problem within 12 hours and that was days ago. The system appears to have valid tracking and in this instance my parcel originated out of the Netherlands. On the face of it it appears legit and i have given them the benefit of the doubt however it is now sinking in that i maybe a victim of a scam. I have since requested a refund but i have not received any response from x border commerce. Besides posting on my social media the scam perpetrated is there any other options available.
