So let’s start with the Oopshappy review:

Oopshappy is an online shopping fashion store that is selling different variety of bottoms, swimwears, sweatshirts, accessories and several kind of other fashion items. However, there are so many things you must know about Oopshappybefore choosing it as your shopping destination.

We have categorized Oopshappy as one of the not recommended sites because of the following reasons:

# Oopshappy has mentioned that it is jointly operated by Midodo International Trading Limited and BUMPERR LTD in its “Terms and Conditions” details. The problematic sites like Listshe, Woilled, Dresslance, Dresseslaud, Tafobra, Qianber, Nvean, Amgomall, LocostylishAmyblouse, FunnybelMaxacne, Shoesmias, Chicme, WiipopHelochic, Beautymis, Joyouslook and so on are also using BUMPERR LTD’s company name and address as their parent company name and address.

# Actually, we have found BUMPERR LTD is linked with lots of other companies that are mentioned by multiple scam sites as their parent company such as ALKMAND ESTATE LTD, CHICV INTERNATIONAL HOLDING LIMITED, A&KE Limited and HONGKONG JIGAO INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. We can say the sites who have mentioned these companies as their parent company are linked with each other and operating by the same team because, in lots of scam sites, you can find they have provided two company names either on their website or on their WHOIS details. The few examples of problematic sites operating by this team are are like PicksstarClothmythsAmyblouseWiipop, Chicme, Helochic, Noracora, JustFashionNow, YeahBikinis, ThunderBuy, Roselinlin, CooliCool, FastShipTool, TopeStore, BlongDays, HolaTrends, PearlFeet, KusouBuy, BulkggDeals, AllNowTrendy, ModiTown, Chicboho, Kurro, SuperTime and so on.. And, even there is no guarantee that these all sites belong to those mentioned companies because these sites have only provided the screenshots of the company’s name instead of directly writing the company’s name on their websites. So, maybe these scam sites are misusing the name of other’s companies.

# And in case of Oopshappy, it has provided above mentioned two parent companies’ names which are found to be jointly used by several other websites like FallBeach, Ezreai, Beavisit, Rolefull, Hipwearing and so on. So it seems both companies are yet again operated by the same team as we mentioned above.

# Oopshappyis offering discounts and sales on the price of lots of products they sell which seems unreasonable. Hence we have found that most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their websites.

# Companies operating under BUMPERR LTD have so many customers’ complaints about the quality of products. They deliver the very low quality products or different products other than they advertise on their website. The product value is also much higher than the quality of product they deliver. Secondly, the delivery time of products as well as the customer support is also very poor.

# Most of the images of the products are cropped as the faces of the models used in those images are hidden in order to escape from the copyright issues. Secondly, the quality of the images is also blurred and low as in other scam sites due to copied ones. Lots of content provided on the website as well as the website theme match with the other similar type of suspicious and problematic sites.

# Oopshappy is providing unreasonable discount and sale offers on the price of lots of products they sell which seems unrealistic and too good to be true. Hence we have found that most of the scam sites do so to attract people in their websites.

# Oopshappy has a Return and Exchange Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which says that your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange. So, it is almost impossible to get back a full refund amount from these kinds of sites due to their confusing provisions.

Our Final Verdict:

Above are some of the realities we have shown you after our research on how Oopshappy and similar type of companies are doing their business and how they are scamming the people.

Nevertheless, we have come up with the conclusion that Oopshappy is one of the suspicious websites and we do not recommend it because they seem to be cheating their customers very smartly. We recommend you not to make any purchases from this website because either they will not deliver you the product or will deliver such a quality product that is not worth your purchase value.

Hence we recommend you to cross-verify about Oopshappy to find out if it’s a scam or a legit company. You can try to get back her money by contacting her bank or credit card company and ask them to help her with a refund. If she had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via her PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything
