Morgan Private Bank, Greenberg Traurig, LLP and so on. This same address is found to be used by another similar type of site OfficialSnugglePets. The contact phone number is also missing from the website. Hence, we shall not trust such an unprofessional site as an online shopping destination.
Although it has provided its address from USA, but it has mentioned on its Shipping Policy that its beds are manufactured in Shenzen China, and All orders are currently being shipped from Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzen.
Its email address i.e. snugglepetsofficial@gmail.com is also a free email address but not its domain specific one and found to be used by another site like OfficialSnugglePets.
Security of the website:
It has provided the fake trust seal logos of Norton, McAfee, etc. on its Product details page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

I placed my order on the BOGO deal regarding the comfy dog beds on March 16th 2020 and to date still no products. After many attempts to contact the vendor for a refund, I decided to dispute the payment with my bank.
I too also ordered 2 beds on their buy 1 get 1 free and was charged over 140.00. Its been over a month and ive sent emails which seems to be the only way to contact them and continuously got the same answer" it takes 20 days to process then we will send you a confirmed tracking number by email. Tonight I got an email from snugglepets.com.uk informing me ive been scammed and to call my bank immediately and that they recieve emails everday and they dont even sell or make pet beds

DO NOT ORDER. I also ordered the buy one get one pet bed free through an online ad appearing in Pinterest. This occurred March 25, 2021. There is no response to the phone number, or text message sent, and the "officialsnugglepaws.com" website doesn't exist. I contacted Pinterest and the response is the order was placed outside their website, so I need to contact my bank. As I paid with a debit card, and authorized the purchase, this was not an unauthorized electronic funds transfer, so there is no recourse.

I have had the same issue. They debited the amount immediately in mid February. Still no product, no response other than an automatic email response stating they would contact me in 24 to 48 hours.
I put a dispute in with my bank.
We ordered the largest one & haven't received. I sent a email with my phone # & order # & no response.
Ordered Jan 25th, still have nothing after Mar 25th. Hopefully MasterCard will refund my $65
I sent my second message on March 13th to snugglepetsofficial@gmail.com requesting a refund for my order on February 3 which I've never received product or refund. Normally companies don't process payment until shipment, but money was taken out the day of my order. Maybe BBB needs to know about this company!

Official Snuggle PAWS now exists with the exact same details. I have been emailing every day trying to get my money back only for the " PAWS " version of the website to now tell me they have never received my order - SCAM SCAM SCAM
