Call your bank ask for the fraud investigation unit. Tell them you want to start a claim. Give them all the Info about the order. Tell them about all correspondence too and from cloudy. They will investigate then reverse the charges.

They got me 3 months ago for about 60$ canadian. My bad...I felt like it was to good to be true ?
I ordered from this company at the beginning of August and never received my order, I emailed the company but they responded with "we will look into it and get back to you" They never did respond. I raised a dispute with my bank tonight and within half an hour the money was back into my account. I strongly suggest going through your online banking and raising a dispute if you want your money back.

Still waiting for my comforter to be delivered. I noticed they collected the money however with no problem. My order was from Sept 2nd 2022. They texted me to advise it had shipped, but I noticed an incorrect color shipped. So I emailed them back about the wrong color. I've not heard anything since. I'me very disappointed.
I find it frustrating that such companies can gain authorisation on social media platforms such as FB, Instagram
Etc to register their businesses and advertise.
So many of us trust these social media platforms and assume they have done THEIR due-dilligence to protect the public.
