I am a stroke survivor with some full paralysis & had to save hard just to afford to buy my little dog a pet bed, this company took my money immediately & a few days later they sent me a tracking number...HHH0000221969YQ .....this number does not appear to be getting recognised within the international tracking service with anyone & now I am very upset to see this company is possibly a scam, also my currency in nzd is almost twice as much as usd currency.

I am also in the same position, difference is mine says it has been delivered but nothing has been delivered to my address. I have sent them over 4 emails and still have not received a response.
Lost my hard working money and also didn’t get the beds. They should ban companies like this from taking peoples money it is completely unfair on people who trust companies thinking that we will be receiving the items which we pay for. Everyone who can stay away from this company should do it. Don’t fall for their lies
