This site is a fraud! I haven’t received the items I have ordered and paid plus they took some pictures from my favourite brand simple retro and put them on Facebook with low prices to attract me!

It is a scam. Order never arrived. Very disapointing. Any ideas how to report them?
I’ve placed an order on the 2nd of May and got suspicious there was something wrong after 2 weeks that didn’t arrive. I obviously sent an email to their support but the delivery mail system says that the recipient doesn’t accept the connection. This is so disappointing, the items were very nice and I spent more than 100$, so now I will try to get my money back from the bank..
Definitely a scam. This happened to me as well. I thought I was ordering from a small boutique and got suspicious after the items hadn't shipped in two weeks. I contacted the support and service emails and both were returned to sender. I'm so bummed because I ordered several items for my vacation and it felt like a splurge even though the items were all affordable. Sad boi here.

IT IS SCAM WEBSITE!!!!! ORDERED FROM THERE, DIDN’T GET CONFIRMATION ORDER EMAIL BUT CHARGED MY CC. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL OR GOOGLE PAYMENT METHODS ONLY CREDIT CARD! HAD TO CALL MY CC COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE PAYMENT. THEIR WEBSITE HAS WIPED OUT ALL THE CLOTHES AND ITEMS DISPLAYED.

This website is scam. I hope to get my money back.
The website has now removed all clothing items. I, too, purchased from them knowing it could have not been legit. I noticed the photos were taken from Farm Rio, but assumed I might be getting knock offs with more accessible pricing. Since the site no longer has products, the service emails don't match from the confirmation versus what is listed on the website (which bounced back anyway), I have taken it up with my bank and will get refunded. Another thing that let me know I'd have to go this route is how the charge shows up in my checking account. The vendor name does not match.
It is a scam- I placed an order and received a confirmation email but since then the order has not been shipped. I tried to write to their support email but it does not work. Do not order from them!
It’s definitely a scam. I’ve just seen they use all the content of a very expensive Brazilian store called “Farm”. If you check at farmrio.com you’ll see the prices of the same pieces are the way more expensive!
I have placed an order last Saturday, order validated on the website with a ref , however I never received a mail confirmation or order details, only 4times the service message, and of course my money is gone the next Monday.
How can I have my money back now ?
You can try to get back your money by contacting your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Show them this review as a reference. Explain to them everything.

Same for as well. Since shipping was not starting, I sent an email to support but I got notification that this email address does not exist... Went to their website and saw all items are gone...
