Told to return heated waistcoat to China and full refund would be received. That was in November and in May still waiting for money. No one replies to Emails and it’s a recorded message on the phone.

This Seller is a Scammer, they operate out of China and have an accommodation address in London. The products are not as described and are poor quality. Do Not Purchase anything from these people. I purchased a fan - supposed to be the same as a Dyson.... not true it was £80 ish and worth about £10
Trustpilot should allow giving cero reviews because this company doesn't even deserve one star.
The product that I bought arrived almost a month after I purchased it and when it finally arrived, the box was in very bad shape and the product didn't work.
I tried to return it, spoke with someone in the chat and he said I would receive an e-mail with instructions. However, I haven't received any e-mail, I even checked my junk folder.
Their product comes from china, that was what the delivery tracking said. However, I paid UK price for it. You are better off buying at Alibaba than with this company.
rip off company. Bought a bladeless fan from them that was the noisiest fan I have ever had. Tried to get a refund and they refused to send a returns label. If I do return it I doubt I will get the refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
