I wish I had done a little more research before buying contacts from Nicerys. They sent me the wrong ones . When I wanted to get them replaced or get a refund they asked for a screenshot of my order and a photo of what I got instead. I provided those promptly but they just said I could get a good deal on my next order. (As if I would order from them so they could send me and charge me for the wrong thing again) They refused to refund and when I wanted to return item they said it wouldn’t be possible because of shipping. They have zero customer service! Beware! They’re nothing but a big scam.
I got scammed by these people. I ordered contact lenses and they sent me the wrong color. When I notified them, they said to send them a screenshot of my oeder and a photo of what I recieved. I did that, and their reply was that due to the cost of shipping back to China, they couldnt take them back but if I wanted to order again they would give me a 10.00 discount. No refund for the incorrect items, no sending of the correct items. They are a horrible company. I wish there was a way to warn more people about doing business with them. None of the glowing reviews on their site are written by people whose first language is english, which should have been a tip-off that they weren't coming from the USA. Don't be scammed like I was!
I experienced this first hand when I ordered 2 pairs of contacts different colors and after 6 weeks received 2 pairs of contacts that were NO where near the colors or sizes I ordered. The items that were sent to me did not match the product description listed on their site. I emailed them with supporting documentation 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I then placed an order from what I believed to be a different company by the name of PLUTO only to find out they were GIANTBEE as well and could not cancel the order. So I will see what colors they send me.
