I ordered Apple AirpodsPro for $114 on Apr 17, 2022. The website was reporting 'order under processing' even as late as April 21, 2022. I cancelled the order, received an acknowledgement of order cancellation, after some prodding. But no refund as on date (May 17, 2022).
Have reported the transaction to econsumer .gov/en and hope they initiate action against them for wire fraud
Starting to think this online company is definitely a scam! I ordered my son a birthday gift on April 18th and now it’s May 11th and we still have not received the $108 item I purchased. Just the same as the other comments…you cannot talk to anyone via phone or email and they do not provide you with a tracking number. They say to follow their website for shipping details which says it was shipped on May 8th but still no item and no way to even check on it. I will now have to resort to finding a dispute with my bank.

Total scam. After a week, no refund, no shipping notice, no refund.
Literally cannot get a hold of anyone via email or phone. Filed fraud claim with my bank.
