Tried to buy R134a refrigerant. They billed my card twice, never sent a confirmation email or any tracking information. I have tried to call the phone numbers on web site, no reply. I have called the credit card company and used the phone number they gave me to a merchant with a totally different name (the people who charged my card)...
NO ANSWER, NO REPLY, NOTHING..

I purchased an item 7/23/2022. Today I called and they said they are not taking internet orders so this is not them. They cashed my check. I have confirmed email from them. Lastly they are foreigners and are very rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAMMERS FOR SURE
I purchased an item from neemomart .com and have also found it to be a scam. My payment went through PayPal an they will not refund my money. My Bank will also not refund since it was a ACH payment through PayPal. Is there anything else I can do

I placed an order with them on july 20th 22 got a order number . When I call them it rings for awhile and then goes to a busy signal. Sent emails and never get a response. Looks like it might be time to report this company to BBB.

Yeah, I kind of saw this coming. Saw an Ebike up for sale for too low of a price, realized it a little too late. I know what I'm not doing now, and that's buying from there again. The question is how can I get my money back?
You should contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, open a dispute via your PayPal account, and contact the PayPal support team. Explain to them everything. Show them this review as a reference.

I have just purchased something from this site. I have tried to track it they did email me a confirmation but I am super nervous. It was a great price I feel so stupid. What should I do? Do I cancel the order or cancel my card ? or both ?

I feel your pain but unfortunately I can't help you. I almost got stung the same way but fortunately I ordered it through ebay and paid with PayPal and got a refund. But I will ask you for a favor and email me if you receive the item you ordered.
You already placed the order. Wait and see if you get it. You can always get a new CC to be safe.
If you have time before it's posted, cancel it. You'll probably need to cancel your credit card by reporting it as stolen, and get a new one from your bank.
I ordered a lawn mower and they had a different address on the confirmation of the order than what I gave them I emailed them and let them know and I did get an email back saying they fixed it then I tried to send another email to them and it wouldn't send I doubt I'm going to see the lawn mower or my money face book can censor what people write on their site but continue to let scam artist sell stuff on their site .

I just ordered something from them as well. Actually it was on the 29th of July so, two wks ago. I have not received the product, or a confirmation email with tracking, and have attempted, (multiple times), to reach someone in customer service. The phone number rings and rings and after about 15 rings or so, hangs up. I used a friend's credit card to complete the $70 purchase of an air conditioner and they cancelled their card after this co charged them twice, under two different co names. They allowed the first charge, just in case, and cancelled the 2nd. The phone number associated with this co on the credit card statement is wholely different than the websites nimber. It is also in a different state. I would definitely cancel all orders and your card. I am sorry..
