Just received my hats after months and months waiting having paid the express delivery cost. 3months later Tlthe waiting was not worth it. They are terrible. Nowhere near the pictures on their online shop. Terrible quality of workmanship too. Never again. Pathetic
From my previous review...It was NOT Tienda hats that was link. It was indeed listed as Napa Hat company. The hat ordered showed a Stetson 6X what we got was dime store quality kids souvenir piece of junk! And we have heard nothing from their so called support contact email. We will be filing a fraud claim with my wifes Card used to purchase.
Complete scam! My wife ordered me a Monteray 6x size 7 1/4 fawn color. The invoice showed photo of what was ordered. What came was a box obviously too small for a cowboy hat. What was found inside was a cheap hat folded up at brim on all 4 sides, and not even close to the same crown. It looks like a dollar store special! The sight I showed her was from a Tiendahats but apparently came from napa hats out of China on invoice. It was to be a surprise Christmas gift that didnt even arrive until today Dec 30, 2022. Left out of money and left with a hunk of cheap felt! The photo on website even said Stetson on hat band in the close up photo. False and a scam!
Do not order anything from this website. No contact with store for exchanges or refunds. Complete scam.
