Don’t order from here. They are out of China. Sizing was real small. Cheap stuff. Tried to return and you have to send it to china. They do everything they can so you don’t return it. A real hassle to return. When they don’t give a phone number or location, that should be a red flag. The blouse I received, I wouldn’t wear it cleaning. Cheap. Also they show a cute background of a nice boutique. What a joke. They probably stole it from another website. Don’t do business with them.
I wouldn’t purchase from here if you need it anytime soon. I bought 1 shirt OVER a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. Every time I email asking if it’s shipped they say the same thing

I had to email 3 times asking for a refund. They emailed back on the 3rd one saying they will refund and it STILL HASN’T Refunded.
I ordered in November and still to date haven't received. I send emails and they respond saying they will check with the delivery company. I have tracking that states it is in Grand Prairie....Very frustrating!!!
Definitely a scam! I disputed the charge on PayPal and won!
I am about to dispute my order with PayPal also. Any advice? I am livid at the poor quality and sizing with these shirts I ordered. Its a joke and I feel like a fool. The fabric is nothing like the Facebook photo and the sizing is for ten year olds.

I emailed them again inquiring about the other 4 items and the company urged me to hang on it is already been shipped. I checked the tracking on December 17th and it shows it was at a United States Postal Service site in Grand Prairire, Texas ( this is 20 miles from my home). As of 1;30 on December 30th, I still have not received anything from the company. Do NOT order from this company.
Ordered 11/19. Here it is 12:30 and still don’t have my order.
I ordered a jacket as a Christmas present. Three weeks and it appears to be still be sitting in Compton CA. I paid an additional $12.99 for expedited shipping. I’ve emailed their company service four times with no response. And, as stated above their is no phone number provided. I have being warning people every time WesternOutfitsnshows up on instagram

Do NOT order from this website! It is a scam! It took me a month to receive my order. When I got it it was not exactly like the picture they have posted. It was very poor quality and cheap looking. They told me I could return it but it would cost $30 or I could keep it and get 10% of what I paid.

I ordered a cute sweatshirt for Christmas Size Medium and it has to be a XS at best. I'd never fit in it. By just looking at it it's still cute, but the feeling of it is very cheap and made of that material that's super itchy. Very disappointing especially for an almost $40 sweatshirt. I am in the process of returning. We'll see how that goes. From the above comment I am not optimistic. Oh and it took a month to ship. I hope others see these reviews before ordering.
Totally agree! I fell for it. I am still waiting on my second shirt. The first one was supposed to be a size small, and it's at least a large, if not bigger. I'm not sure of the sizing because there isn't a single tag on the inside of the shirt. When I tried to get the size problem fixed they said there wasn't a problem but offered me a 20% refund (for a shirt that doesn't fit). I said no, and they said I would have to send the shirt back to China at my own expense in order to receive a full refund. Buyer beware!
