So we can’t verify either the given address of Mouzefo is really its company’s address or it is just using some virtual address. Mouzefo has also mentioned its parent company’s name and address as in its Return/Refund Policy as Middle Bridge Ltd
: 1010 Cambourne Business Park, Great Cambourne, Cambridge, CB22 6DP, United Kingdom. There are so many other sites which are using the same company name like Nailyhome, Oncelady, Zonechics, Cosrae, Chicfance, RoseCocos, Joscic, Fantsigirl, PhotoWatch, Toptopcolor, AmySkirt, Angellovely, Martbizs, Aicpshop, OnceBeauty, Outsworld, Ulterfashion, Mymsmiss, Wevevi, Ladymet and so on. However, legit websites always provide the separate company name and address, not the one which has been used by lots of other suspicious sites. So, we do not recommend Mouzefo for any kind of online shopping.
Security of the Website:
The trust seal logos of McAfee, Norton and so on provided by Mouzefo at few product details pages of its website, are fake because they are not clickable. However, the real trust seal logos should be clickable so that we can click on them which should send us to the official verification webpage of respective trust seal providers to verify those trust seals. If you click the payment gateway icon i.e. PayPal placed at the bottom of the Mouzefo website, then that is not clickable and used only for display to look genuine.
Returns and Exchange:
Mouzefo has a Return/Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic and bogus which says that your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging to be eligible for the return and exchange.
