I ordered to jumpers it said on tracking it got delivered but wasn’t emailed them no answer then 2 weeks later I reviewed a tie that looked like it cost £0.01 to make
i ordered 2 hoodies on the 13th September. They never came. I emailed twice and only recently got a reply. They stated that my order got lost and they will resend it with a refund of 30%. They asked me to email them back for a new tracking order which i did, no reply.
I ordered £50 worth of jumpers 4 weeks ago and they clothes never came I emailed
