I shop there often and have never had any problems. They carry a long line of exciting products, that I could never find anywhere else. So for that reason a lone, I took a chance on them. And I'm glad I did, because the item I purchased, normally costs much more on other sites I found.
And as far as the address goes, I was told by their customer service agent, that the U.S. address is their shipping address. They also have warehouses in Paris, London, Spain, and Bali.
They also seem to run lots of sales, which is also helpful. And on their main page, they even host a special tab for promo codes to be used that day.
