It has stated that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are a complete SCAM! I ordered the set of Garden Gnomes of the Troll Clan. They came in about a week and a half. But when i saw them, They Are Complete Garbage! They look like a 5 year old painted them! No real hair, No real clothes. NOTHING like what they advertised! And I've been fighting with them for a week trying to get a refund and the only want to give back 20% out of $54. That's Only $10! Thier return policy is a Joke!
Wish I'd read this page before sending money. Items were received but very poor quality. No response to emails. Avoid at all costs!
My Etsy listing was copied to the Mobodream website.
I reported copyright infringement and never received a response. Failure to process a copyright infringement report is not acceptable.
It also tells customers that company has no integrity and is not trustworthy. A conscious choice to sell handmade products with a listing copied from me (my creation and the images I take) does not increase credibility of the website.
Service address no good. . Cannot contact! Definitely SCAM!
