After waiting three months for delivery, I asked for a refund. I was told they couldn't cancel the order even though their ad clearly stated a delivery of 3-5 days. Then I realized I was not dealing with Minnetonka Moccasin. As Margie Holley says, what I did finally get months later and after dozens of emails, was absolute CRAP. The boots are felt and the sole is cardboard. Definitely don't wear in the rain are you'll end up barefoot.
I ordered a pair of tassel boots in early October. They promised delivery in 7-14 days. They took the money from my account right away. As of today 12/9/2022 I still have not received the boots. Tracking shows they've been on an airplane for 3 weeks now.
Absolutely NOTHING like shown or advertised. Literally, pieces of CRAP boots!
More like felt than suede. NOTHING BUT JUNK.
I ordered my boots on September 11th 2021 and did not receive them until Nov 2nd. I emailed them for shipping details 4 times and each time I just got a shipping update from China as to the progress. I will tell youthey run small by at least a half size or more. The quality is way off from the pictures they show and while I wasn't shocked I am so shocked it was truly disappointing
I can honestly say that everything about Minnekaton is a scam. They advertise a great looking product but send you a cheap worthless piece of junk. They have a canned response to every inquiry, that makes no sense. There is no money back guarantee as you need approval in 30 days. You get no approval. Please don't give them any money. I'm sure they're drowning in complaints already.
So far I cannot get any return emails from this company. I guess the security scam fooled me. Looks like my bank will have to get my money back.?
I'm ashamed to say, I've been taken !!
I wanted to purchase these items but they NEVER came!!!
