What is Melelly.com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling clothing products like casual dresses, tops, two piece sets, dresses, sweaters, cardigans, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this site before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Melelly complaints. Melelly fake or real? Melelly legit or fraud?

Melelly is categorized to be one of the problematic sites because of the following drawbacks:

Company Address:

It has provided its parent company’s name and address as XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD: 145-157 ST.JOHN STREET, LONDON, ENGLAND, EC1V 4PW. However, there is no any business with the name XBP INTERNATIONAL LTD or Melelly that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there is another business with the name Safeguard Mortgages Limited has been mentioned on/around this address on Google Maps. Not only that but it has provided the screenshot of this parent company name and address than directly writing on its website which is mostly done by scam site when they copy-paste the address of some other company so that no one can find their site by searching this address on Google Maps. On top of that, you can find other sites are also using the same parent company name such as Tutinoe, Almaltz, MaladiaEvethia Trezca, Oasnera, Albetti, Cholith, Syltia, Hoseill, Vanlvis, Yvowis, Crofie, Abenyo, Bealiet, Bartiar, Locilia, Phyllin, Mellith, JokulMart, Duabeth, Leopone, Bartlia, Zerbar, Fairymin, Leotina, Gavlina, Lolipopn, Darnore, Loashion, SimonBuysArcoho, Dolorky, SkyComeNow, Gruyre, OnlyForShop, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Its email address i.e. Me*****@*******il.com is not related to its domain name.

Security of the website:

It has provided fake trust seal logo of McAfee on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is selling the products at an unrealistic discounted prices that mostly the problematic sites are offering.

Copied content:

We found that the product images used for its product catalog aren’t unique, so it means that this online store has either copy-pasted the image from other websites or just reselling clothing. Lots of content as well as website themes match with multiple suspicious and problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has Return/Exchange Policy that is found to be very unrealistic to be eligible for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site are also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

Due to the aforementioned reasons, the conclusion can be drawn that Melelly is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck !

The primary motivator for giving this a try was their Made in USA advertising. What a crock, the packaging clearly showed it came in from China through the Port of Los Angeles. I liked two of the items, and the other two were such a poor fit that I have to give them away, total waste of money. Do not use these liar’s site.

  2. Ordered several items,. Its been a month so I am canceling. They responded back when I asked about my items and said it had been shipped on Nov 4th, it stills saying "Your package is on its way to a USPS facility. Sign up to get updates, and we'll send you a delivery date and time when available." which means it was never shipped. SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company is the biggest scam. It took me over a month to get two dresses. One of the dresses was supposed to be a medium and fits me like an extra extra large. It takes almost a week to get a response back from their company. They do not do returns unless the item is defective. They told me to give that dress to a friend or relative. I am contacting my credit card to try to get my money back. The material is more like parachute material even though it looks like cotton. They have a London-based address but I think they are Chinese also because the emails are in broken English.

  5. I placed an order for a top that I finally received after nearly 4 weeks. It really does not resemble the picture of the top that I ordered and The top does not fit- sizing is way too small.- No one has gotten back to me via email to try to return the item for a refund.

Melelly is definitely a scam. I waited almost a month for items to arrive assuming they were shipping from London. When package arrived, it was from China. Two of the items were acceptable but certainly not for the price. The other three are dispicable, one being a dress that is basically tissue paper. I have been trying for a month to get instructions for return and now they offered me $15.00 for a refund and to keep the items. I wish I had read this before ever ordering.

  7. I cannot warn you loud enough!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PHONY SCAMMM COMPANY!!
I HAVE WAITED FOR 4 MONTHS FOR MY ORDER! I EMAIL THEM EVERYDAY! THEY NEVER RESPOND! I ordered 6 items, today I got 2 tops. Only 1 of them was what I ordered and it is CHEAP CRAP!! I threw them both in the garbage!!
    They OWE me money!!
THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BIG SCAM!!!

Totally Scam!! Waited 5 weeks for my order. Have been trying to return 2 of them for 4 weeks. They offered free returns and the last email they sent said they would give a $45 refund and keep the items. What?? Less than half of what I paid for tops that Don't fit, Are a horrible color and Very poor quality and workmanship. If I didn't I would have to pay for shipping. Then they went dark, have not heard back from their "24/7 Customer service". SCAM!

Been almost 1.5 months and they won’t return my emails. I keep checking the tracking number they provided, but USPS is still waiting on the package to be given to them for delivery. This seems too much like a scam to me. I’m going to try to get a refund now. Wish me luck
