I ordered my son's costume on oct 14. It said gaurenteed delivery for Halloween ... It finally showed up after long pauses in tracking, four days after Halloween.
I'm currently in a back and forth battle - after they reached out to me letting me know to make them aware if any complaints, issues or concerns. Expressing my disappointment with shipping times (was almost a week before it shipped and the website said it shipped within two days) they offered me a refund for shipping of 9 dollars.
Further expressing my dissatisfaction, they offered a 10 dollar refund. (Did I mention I spent $60.00 USD?)
I asked for them to send a return label and exchange it for a larger size so my son could enjoy the costume next year. They informed me shipping abroad was too high, but if I wanted to purchase again, they could give me a 15% off coupon and refund of 12 dollars.

I find myself increasingly disappointed with the customer service and means to find a resolution. If a company (big or small - as they claim they are - also quick to say they had financial hardships due to covid-19, like who hasn't?) aims for repeat business, customer service should be a top priority.
All that being said, looking at the actual costume (they do run small - Asian sizes) the quality seems nice, however it's never been worn, so it's a hard tell as far as how it would of held up with a growing boy putting it to the test.
Ordered my squid game masks for halloween on Oct 11, latest delivery estimate was Oct 26th. I emailed multiple times leading up to this date that the tracking information was not updating and that the tracking info indicated that the package was not yet in transit. I got responses but none were helpful. Finally I got an email on November 3 that had a tracking USPS number. It is Now November 18th. The tracking number says it'll arrive today. Bottom line, regret buying from this site. It's not a total scam, but it's misleading and not reliable. Guess you get what you pay for. Next time I'll spend a little more time and a little more money.
Company is a scam. I received my package. The item was broken. The package didn’t even come in time. They offered me a 3% return when their site said that it would pay 100% if the item was defective. I provided them photo evidence. They still are fighting with me and it’s been 3 weeks.

I ordered my son's Halloween costume from this site and paid for express shipping. I ordered it on 10/13 and it arrived on 11/5. When I contacted them asking for the return shipping address, they said they don't accept returns unless the item has been damaged during shipping. However, on their website, they state that they will accept returns for any reason. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Their shipping is unreliable, their customer service is terrible, and their return policy is completely ridiculous.
I ordered a costume in early October expecting it to come on Halloween but, putting aside the ridiculous amount of time it took for them to respond after I placed my order, when I tracked the package, each passing day, the date of delivery went up, I still haven't received the costume and since Halloween has passed, it's useless to me now, and I don't even know if ill be able to return it when it gets here, or if it does at all. overall: don't use this website, it seems pretty sketchy
Sketchy website. Ordered 10/15. Got email that they shipped on 10/25. Now Nov 5 and nothing. Their manyol@wheelhigh.com email is fake too.
Poor quality and very suspicious! Paid for 7-12 day shipping. Arrived on business day 13. Ordered 2 sizes bigger than US size. Still too short for my kid! He put his foot in and the fabric started pulling apart at the sewing where he was holding the costume. The type of fabric they used would be difficult to repair. Better quality from a $20 costume from Walmart! Email address didn't work. Came here and see this article gave another email associated with them so I am trying that. We shall see...
I placed an order for 2 Halloween customs at the same time. I did received one of customs but not the other. I try emailing manyol@wheelhigh.com and it came back email not found. I'm still waiting for the second package.
I ordered on the 20th and I am finally getting tracking updates. It gave me a real ups tracking number so I am guessing it is real after all. Hope I get it before Halloween ??♀️
I got caught up in the moment and ordered from this site. Kind of regret it, though my costume did finally arrive. I'm paranoid about my card being stolen so I think I might call the bank.
The quality of the costume is pretty decent, but the guard jumpsuits are red, not pink. Big oof.

Company is fraudulent. Luckily I paid through PayPal and was able to get a refund used quickly.
MANYOL.COM OR MANYOL@WHEELHIGH.COM IS IN FACT A SCAM. ANY COMMENT ON HERE THAT STATES OTHERWISE ARE THE CULPRITS THEMSELVES!!! They make up fake confirmation emails, the tracking info they give is a fake. I've confirmed with the carrier direct that valid tracking numbers Start with YDH or 420. They block your email from further contact once you inquire about your order I sent an email to them from an alternate address that went through no problem but of course they didn't respond to it, even with their phony order # referenced in the subject. I will never impulse buy again, I feel like a sucker for learning this lesson

I placed an order on Oct. 13 when the website said all riders would arrive by Halloween. I received an email saying my order was shipped, but the tracking number doesn’t work or doesn’t exist when I type it anywhere online. Plus I tried to email and gmail can’t complete the send because the email doesn’t exist. Sadly, I think we’ve all been scammed. I’m going to have my credit card cancel the transaction since I didn’t receive what I ordered.
I ordered my daughter's costume on 10/14/2021. Paid for express shipping and all. I emailed them 5 times and got the timed out stuff everytime. 3 days ago I got an email saying it shipped. We shall see

I ordered from this site the first week of October and like most people here said I also emailed the “support team” and no response it just keeps getting bounced back to me saying it’s not a real email. I am finally seeing a change in my order status from awaiting shipment to All shipped. No shipping company though..no way to track it..124$…?fingers crossed it shows up at all..I’m sure it won’t make it by Halloween .

Website is a scam. Placed an order 10/13. Emailed the email on some manyol@wheelhigh .com regarding my shipping status and my email said “delivery failed” because the email address doesn’t exist.
This company ridiculous i order online but i never received my order up to know the fact that i already paid them i emailed then but i never expect any response
