Like a dummy I placed an order for the patio set with fire pit. Till this day I keep receiving emails that my package could not be delivered due to no one to sign. Checked the ring camera and no one ever came to my door. Finally received two pair of socks in the mail. Now they send emails to schedule your delivery for 1.99 which is a 2nd scam because it's to a fitness subscription. When I cancelled the fitness subscription, before I could hang up they charged an add'l $8.95. Ultimately I had to cancel card and order a new one from my bank. Lesson Learned! Buy local or in person
I thought I was smarter than this. I knew better but really wanted the patio set. I received 2 pairs of socks. ? I will send them emails every day until they block me.
I also foolishly fell for it as well. I feel dumb this is the first time online I've been scammed and I left them an email saying I tracked my order but I never received anything. I did track it and it said that my order was successfully delivered on March 20th which it definitely wasn't. I'm pretty upset ?

Yes I also visited their site and ordered the patio set with fire pit and paid for them and now I find out they are a scam. I do not know how these companies do this to people and I think before they are put on Facebook and phones as far as google and sites they just not be able to be published on google or anywhere. I say just beware.
I am sorry this happened to you. I found this site because I wanted to purchase the patio set, too. It just seemed too good to be true, so I immediately searched for reviews on the company. You should also put a complaint in the BBB ONLINE business page. I lost money on a shoe store purchase the same way. Google obviously does not vet these companies before allowing them to advertise.
Ordered a set with 4 chairs and fire pit said they delivered but never received them tracking number was wrong they won't contact me payed money never got it back
I placed an order and received it a week early! It was such a good deal so I was wondering but excitedly checking the tracking number watching the order come. Unfortunately, I received a pair of compression socks instead of a patio set. Working on a resolution now. I just received it a few hours ago so I’ll wait to see what’s next.
