These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. Total scam. They have stolen other shops photos and send bad polyester printed copies. You have ordered dresses with embroidery and send polyester dresses where the embroisdery is printed.
Package came from Sweden but they will not accept to send the return to Sweden, instead I need to return on your own cost to China otherwise no refund.
They offer maximum 50 % refund if I keep so I need still to pay many dollars for clothe that are total catastrophy. this company needs to be reported to police and media so that thew are stopped.
Total scam
Dress looked looked great in the ad. What turned up was a cheap, nasty, polyester sack that doesn't look remotely like the one I was expecting.

Nope, please don't order from this company! It's a scam! They sent order confirmation and tracking info that said the order was delivered on a certain date/time, but it was never delivered to my home. I have cameras to confirm. So sad! I usually don't order from companies like this. I'll stick with Amazon moving forward.
A complete scam ! Please do not waste your time with this company . They sent me one piece of the outfit that I ordered and it wasn't even close to to the picture of the pantsuit. They only sent the top which was cheap and not sweater material at all. It took 8 weeks to receive it and the order was incomplete. I just wasted 86.00 for absolutely nothing. When will I even learn ! Do not be deceived with this company . Save your time and money !!!
They did that to me too! It looked nothing like what was on the picture, and they sent me some weirdo thing. And yeah, I saw their advertising on the facebook too!
I was sent the wrong item and the quality was beyond poor. I've just emailed them but won't hold my breath. I get the feeling this is a complete sham. People be warned.

My two items actually arrived but are utterly worthless. Shirt described as cotton was cheap polyester very poorly made. They blocked my email of complaint.

Don't buy from this company, it took two months for my order to arrive. The quality of the merchandise is extremely poor. I'm having a hard time returning these items, the email they give you is unresponsive, comes back as undeliverable. I would like to return for a full refund, but doubtful that it will happen since they don't provide you with any return instructions. Lesson learned!
I cannot believe the way this company operates. I did not push the final button to buy this one item in the cart, because I may have wanted to change my mind by not buying it, which I did, by doing nothing!
This company tried to promote a bigger purchase by stating my cart has NOT been completed and checked out which was true, but I did not want this product. The cost for this item is too high. And, when the non-checked out cart item did arrive, it was of very poor quality! The price was absurd for cheap see through material! And, I did not give my approval to purchase it!!!

Luxcci is really as scam… i bought an item from them but itnever came and they said that i will be refunded but they never did and they stopped responding to your emails.

I ordered 2 outfits a few weeks ago and received order confirmation but still have not received shipping confirmation. I emailed asking them to ship immediately and give me tracking info, or if they couldn't provide that to me, then I asked they help me cancel my order. I explained that I move out of this address in a few weeks and will not be able to receive my package after a certain point. They told me that they are busy due to COVID ? and to have a great life. That seems like a lame excuse for everyone. I am absolutely going to contact PayPal too!
I ordered a shirt from the site over a month ago for an upcoming event and they sent the wrong shirt. The quality of it is cool, but not what I would intentionlly wear. Very disappointed because I have to return the existing one at my own expense and at best wait another 6-8 weeks in hopes of getting the shirt I originally ordered. The event will have passed - even if I re-order the shirt hoping they get it right this time and wait another 6-8 weeks. They won't get my business again.

I have placed an order with this Chinese Cheating company luxcci.com over one month ago, I followed up on my order many times, they even told me they have shipped my order on the 11th of June, I only receive only ONE item out of 6 items today on the 9th of July, my total order value is $115 USD what I have received is a T-shirt that is worth less than 3 USD garbage quality, but not the rest of the order Chinese are world #1 SCAMMER.
I own a department store here in St.louis mo. It took like a month for my order to come in . I wanted to do a test run . Becaue they have some very nice items on social media But I was really nervous about $32. Spending with them right . When I can go to a bar and drink that right..lol. right. But I love the shirt it came fits great.

I bought some shirts never delivered. After 2.5 months they said the package is damaged due to improper transportation. They offered to send it again, and I said yes. Two months after they said the same thing. I request my money back and I never got it. Total scam!
Absolutely don't shopping from this website. I am buying two t-shirt for 52£. Delivered one of them disasters quality. Like home made price less. I am send email with complaint no reply.
Can't get any tracking information
What I’m trying to figure out is why did I wait 2 and a half months for a watch that I didn’t order an the business card that was in the box with the product is not the same company how do I either get the watch I ordered or my money back .

Please don't order from this company. A total scam. They cannot provide any statuses on your order. They provide you with a phony tracking number which the courier cannot locate. Please be careful. They have strong advertising on Facebook.
