When you contact them and ask for and exchange they will offer you a discount on future purchase .Ask for a return exchange they will tell you it cost too much to do so ..They will not give a refund even though they send the wrong item .... They are very sneaky underhanded and have very poor business practices ... SCAMMERS ...

These Lukystore guys are bloody scammers .. Ordered 2 items since 3 months and still waiting .. Do not buy from these scammers and waste your money and time ???
This company is a scam. I bought 2 dash cams with memory cards and was sent cheap nasty ones instead. I have tried and tried to get my original items and they won't send them. I also asked for a refund and was offered 50% of it. I also asked them to send me a postage slip to return these cheap nasty crap dash cams they sent and they won't. So please people dont deal with lukystore because your just wasting your money. Plus you won't receive the correct item. I have reported the company to fb and the police. I'm also waiting on fraud squad contacting me back. Its bad news that these dirty low life, made up companies are ripping people off and getting away with it.
I ordered a dual lens dash cam. they sent a single lens dash cam ...which took 45 days to get..I contacted customer service , they offered a 30% discount on next purchase, I refused stating I would never purchase from them again .. They sent a second offer of 50% discount on next purchase ,,I refused that offer , I checked the internet for customer complaints about Lukystore,net .. this was no mistake sending wrong camera they are doing this to other customers ,,,,, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ! FAR AWAY !
I ordered 20 Dashcams at a extremely unbelievable low prices and thought it to be a good deal so spent around 509$ USD...However after couple of hours found out that it could be scam...Immediately contacted PayPal as well as this store to cancel my order as I was still within 24 hour cancellation time...Opened a dispute against them at PayPal and forced the store through PayPal to cancel my order and refund me money...Thank God I got my money back...It's a scam...Please stay away.

THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER, THEY STATE YOU CAN WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT THEY WONT DO IT. THEY WILL ALSO SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEMS ON PURPOSE AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN OR GIVE YOU A REFUND. I EXPERIENCED IT AND THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT. JUST PASSING THIS INFORMATION ALONG TO SPARE YOU THE HEADACHE.
You actually got stuff??? I placed my order on New Year's Eve. I'm STILL waiting! I haven't even gotten a tracking number yet, much less my order. I message all the time and always get some excuse for why I haven't gotten it yet. They started out ok, giving me updates, but I now know it's all scam. And even at one point they tried to tell me they noticed a problem with my order, so they were working on fixing it, but were describing an item I didn't order. Also, noticed that the order number was absolutely nowhere on any of the messages. Thankfully I screenshot the order before I closed the page... not that it's gotten me anywhere with them. For all the time they waste sending me DAILY emails trying to get me to order MORE stuff, you think SOMEONE would get my stuff to a delivery service. I'm convinced I've been robbed, and they never had any intention of sending me anything. I really question if they have inventory at all. BUYER BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMMERS!!!!
