They took money out my account 3 times. Because i had to Keep trying to put my payment info in to pay for lawn mower it said payment failed That’s the reason re entered payment info. But it just kept taking my money This was advertised as flash sale using lowes advertisment
I think I messed up. I saw the "Lowes" name & assumed it ok. I purchased a push mower advertised on a flashsale for $78.00, order was placed on 6-11-2022. I haven't received any emails about shipping. I got an email confirming my order but that was it. What do I do?
I placed my order 5/17/2020 for the lawnmower advertised, not realizing this was not actually Lowes website, until after I completed my order. As of today 6/11/22 I still have not received it. I contacted the company and no response. Byer beware it it's to good to be true, it usually is. These sites shouldn't be allowed. They take people's money. I have been SCAMMED.
I never do anything on line that takes a credit card, but I had heard of lowes and really needed s lawn mower. I knew it was too good to be true but, did it anyway. It was suppose to come between May 16 - 20. Hasn't shown up yet. I have a picture ocopy of all 3 parts of receipt. Is there anything I can do about it?
My question is do you actually get the lawn mower in the adds? If so I would not be worried about customer service.
