Ordered 3 large beautiful lighted hanging Christmas baskets! I ordered them in Nov and finally received them in Jan. I didn't even know what they were when I opened the box. They were these small little "dollar store" type plastic cheap things with no instructions etc. I finally figured what they were suppose to be. Nothing like their beautiful pictures. SCAM for sure!
These people are scammers ,they send you garbage , nothing like you ordered . .. You can’t get your money back ,you have to go to your credit card company ,and they will get your money back …….DO NOT DEAL with these people

WARNING! Do not buy from this company. The product is cheap. They didn't deliver my order and sent 4 little ball items and said I couldn't get a refund. If I paid $20 to return the 4 little balls to China, I would get 20% of my purchase price back...um what? I paid $123.95 plus you want another $20 to give me a refund of $25? I may have been stupid enough to fall for the pretty picture on the internet but not that. I contacted the BBB, PayPal, and my credit card company but I want to warn others! FRAUD

SUCKER - Might as well be stamped on my forehead ! I neglected to follow up on the Hammachess site, and also ordered about $300 CA worth of goods. - It was a a joke when only part of it showed up , not even looking close to what I ordered ? All garbage ! Dollar store has better goods. I can’t see how this place can get away with it ? Should of known better when it said goods where made in USA but shipped from China ??? It said you can return it for refund ,but I bet that’s bull to if you read the find print? PS I’m still waiting for the rest of the order so I can throw it in the garbage with the rest of it. Oh I am so upset to read these reviews because I am a victim of their scam as well. Exact description as many others have reported—a pile of “junk” squished into a plastic bag—in no way looks remotely like the pictures. I have been communicating with them by email daily but they tell me their policy has changed & they no longer honor “satisfaction guaranteed”
I wished saw this review before placing my order. The item I received was less than half the size listed in the description and very cheap looking. They are refusing to give a refund. I plan on filing a claim with my credit card company and better business bureau.
Same experience as others. Thought I was getting beautiful hanging, lighted baskets for my front deck and they are so small I'm embarrassed I fell for this scam. Plants are ridiculously fake looking; baskets are nowhere as large as advertised and not everything in the pictures comes with your order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
Same. I ordered 2 hanging baskets that were supposed to huge, for outdoor decorations. They arrived, squished in a plastic bag, and about 6" in diameter. Needing assembly and 6 batteries per basket to light them, and looking like dollar store plastic greens, this is a total scam.
Ordered the hanging baskets in October. Supposedly shipped Nov. 13. This is Dec. 18, 2021. Did receive a response to my inquiry to "wait a few days". Still nothing, no tracking info available. Complete scam.

Do not buy from here!!! I wasted so much money. Their Christmas hanging baskets are advertised as 15 inches tall and What I got fits in the palm of my hand!!! It’s not even put together. Plants are separate and look like left over trims. They threw in a Christmas plastic ball as a decoration and the lights are 3 short strings of LED lights with no batteries. I paid 37 dollars for each basket and got 3 dollars worth of junk!!!!
I echo the above complaints. The hanging baskets are worth about $2.00. I initially filed with my credit card company as not received and they charged back to my card. Then the product arrived and it's PATHETIC. RIP OFF! I did file a complaint against this company with the FTC as well. Save your money and inconvenience!
Total scam. First teaching number showed no items and took forever.... tried to contact them with no results. Finally the replied that it should arrive soon. When it did it was not at all the item I ordered. The hanging xmas ball was advertised as 15in x15 in. I got a tiny toy ball that was 6 in. No lights on it. It was a joke.

I purchased the Buy 5 get 2 Free. I received three of the baskets. They were supposed to be 15x15x10 but I received 8x8x4 and one was damaged. On top of that the items were not what was advertised...very cheap. I have been going back and forth with the company regarding a refund. At first it took them 5 days to respond and they offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the items. I told them it was insulting since I didn't receive my order and it was not what was advertised. Then they came back two days later with a 20% refund. I kept insisting on a 100% refund. Today they offered 30% and keep the items or 100% but I had to pay to ship the items back. I told them I wanted 100% refund and to send me the address where to ship the items. I also noticed other alleged companies, all with different names, using the exact same pictures and ads. DO NOT ORDER FROM HAMMACHESS OR THESE OTHER COMPANIES.

I fell for the scam too! I even looked them up and read their alleged family story. My wreath was supposed to be 22” and I received a 10” wreath. After I placed my order I noticed other alleged companies, all with different names, using the exact same pictures and ads, LEARNED MY LESSON ABOUT ONLINE STORES!
DO NOT ORDER from this company. I believed the ad and ordered 3 hanging baskets that were to be 20x20x11" - I paid $35 per basket. The baskets arrived today. They are a pathetic 8" across and absolutely not as advertised. Not full, not beautiful, not at all what I believed I was buying. Not sure where to start complaining or getting my money back.

I ordered a wreath… I’ve written and asked 2x why my item hasn’t shipped… I’ll contact my credit card and cancel payment.. if it’s too good to be true…
