I placed an order back in Nov 2022. And as of today 05/03/2023 I have received nothing nor a refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I was getting emails responses stating it takes 15 day to process refund. I replied back in April 2023 "WELL HELL MY REFUND PROCESS WAS SUPPOSEDLY STARTED BACK IN MARCH!" Then a reply came to my saying be patient and my response was "WELL HELL BEING THAT I PLACED AN ORDER IN NOVEMBER AND STILL RESULT I BEING AS PATIENT AS ONE CAN BE!"

Scammed!! Was so stupid. Ordered Dec 8, as of today, Jan 27, nothing!! My credit card was billed right away. Tried to email. Nothing. WHY CAN'T THESE SCAMMERS BE CAUGHT!! Yes it’s a scam. I placed an order in November 2022 and it says it was delivered Dec. 19th but I have not received anything. I have emailed the multiple times and I haven’t got anywhere. When I ask for a refund they said they shipped another package but could not give me a tracking number.
It’s a scam for sure. Ordered December 31 and still nothing has been sent. My credit card company said it could take up to 90 days to get the money back because it’s international. So disappointed ☹️

Yes they are scammers. I placed an order Dec. 5th. Tracking says it was delivered Jan. 4th. However, there is no sign of it. I've reached out to their support email address and it comes back marked as "address not found". They are for sure thieves.

You can contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to help you with a refund. If you had paid via PayPal, then you can open a dispute via your PayPal account to get a refund.

I ordered on November 29th. I received an email stating my package was delivered on Dec 21st. Which it wasn’t! I never received a thing. I sent multiple emails to the company requesting tracking info and carrier. All emails were returned as undeliverable. Total scam for sure!

I placed an order in November of 2022 and today is December 30th 2022 and I still have not received my order. Have been checking the tracking and has not moved since December 8th. Totally a scam. 3 years in a row I have placed orders with different companies and haven't received them. This one definitely needs to be shut down like the other two.
