Awful experience. Do NOT order from this company. My dress arrived promptly but was too big. Trying to return it and get a refund has proved impossible. I keep getting a message that this item cannot be returned and refunded as I have had it longer than the permitted time scale. I received it today! A scam.

Got 2 shirts for Christmas. So cheap and ugly. Not eligible for returns. Trying to say I ordered 2 of the same ugly shirts. Save your money.
Don't buy from this company... If you are happy with your order then no problem... If you want to return they will take a third of your original order cost in shipping... Save yourself the aggravation ?
Scam!! I ordered an item and received it on the 24th and tried to return it on the 28th. The automatic message told me this was past the 14-day return policy. If you do the math, I had the item for only 4 days,therefore it's still eligible.
I tried to go to the website to return it and when you click on the item it automatically comes up and says "not eligible for return past the 14 days" and you can't get hold of anybody or even leave a message. They ghost their customers to avoid returns. The website is made to deter people from returning items it's so incredibly difficult to navigate through. I had to reach out to them on Facebook and still I haven't been able to return the item. The shirt bunched up in the shoulders and there was a loose thread and the hem was falling apart. These items are made in China and are very poor quality. Buyer beware!!! This company is difficult to work with and is NOT user friendly!
I've bought many items from Lemonmoda and have been very pleased, mostly. The goods, I think, are copies of what you see in the store but at the prices you're charged, you can't really quibble. I find the sizes tend to be on the large side. One thing does bug me and that's the returns. Oh they'll accept returns happily but if, like me, you happen to lose the printable returns label, trying to contact them thru the contact form online is nigh impossible. But.... you can contact them easily thru social media and they reply pretty promptly and will help solve your problem. I can honestly say that I'll continue buying from Lemonmoda, I like this site!
I've received my order today and have learnt that you get what you pay for, very poor quality , sizing not brilliant at all. I've used other sites from facebook before and always been pleased , however these clothes are shoddy. I've logged in and requested a return, went to print returns label but it prints blanked, so have had to copy and paste a download of it , It is so dodgy I don't believe that it's going to be worth my while returning and after reading some feedback I doubt I'll get my money back so I'm going to cut my losses and as I enjoy sewing I'm going to make something wearable and better quality that what has arrived. I will never order from these again. I've also read that it is linked to another company that I had an awful experience with last year. lesson learnt

Please people, stop ordering from China or Japan! This is such an easy way to steal your info and take your $ as they have no direct customer service where someone will talk to you. They have no address and returns aren’t guaranteed so you are at their mercy and they have your money. Please learn from this and research companies first.

This company is a total SCAM!! Do not order from them and for sure don’t expect a refund or anything from this company! Common Con Artist for sure !!
I've returned my complete order as the quality was so bad but that was over 3 weeks ago and I've still not received a refund. I have emailed them twice but only through their website and I am still awaitng a reply. I would not recommend this "company" or ever buy from them again, I'm sure I will never see my money again!!!

I returned 2items by Royal Mail to an address which I found on Lemonnoda page, the day after they were delivered. Nearly 4 weeks later I received an email from a company (END) saying I had sent the parcel to the wrong address and that they would return my parcel to me, which they did very quickly. I asked them if they could send me the correct address for returns but, have not heard anything from them.
Also still awaiting for 2 swimsuits, Ordered in March, Paid & NOTHING?????

I placed my order in March 12, 2021. My order number is VV0437010671. On the site is says submitted. It is well past the expected delivery date. On the site it says if this is the case to contact customer support. There is not any contact information on the site, nor can you find it on the web. This is NOT acceptable! I paid with PayPal and if I don’t here from the company within 24 hours I will be filing a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Great prices, but if you never receive the product what does it matter. I will rethink ordering on sites such as this in the future.
