I made an order with them in July of 2022. When I hadn't received the items I ordered, I contacted them again, via email. Their response was the shipment was delayed due to the pandemic. I saved a copy of the transaction & would look at it weekly to see what was happening with my order. The status was always listed as active, paid in full, & waiting for shipment. Then one week this disappeared. I emailed them & was told they appreciated my patience. I could wait or request a refund. I really wanted the items so I was willing to wait. I just recently tried to contact them. Their email address no longer exists. Definitely a scam & I'm out my order as well as the money.

did an order on AUGUST 27 FOR BOOTS, HAVE CONTACTED THEM FOUR TIMES BY E MAIL AND THE REPLY TO THE 3RD ONE STATED THAT THEY COULD NOT SHIP MY ORDER AND THAT I COULD HAVE REFUND WITHIN 15 DAYS, WELL THAT WAS IN OCTOBER NOW NEW YEAR AND STILL NO REFUND OR MECHANDISE. GUESS I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THIS FURTER.
I ordered some items from this site via instagram in July and every time I query where my order is I get the same response ie due to the pandemic. I have requested a refund and received nothing. As far as I am concerned they are scammers. Luckily I only spent about AUD$30 but still..... My advice is be very careful of ads in instagram because a lot of them are scam. Also, another site to be careful of Brigyves. It is also a scam. Same issue. I think they are probably the same people. I do not order anything via instagram any more rather I go to the actual website to check it all out. If you are looking for clothes Isnuu is a brilliant site - a bit slow but they deliver and deliver quality goods. Even though I found them on instagram I go through their actual website. Good luck everyone. I guess we all need to be more vigilant than ever. I hate the fact that even though I am so careful I got scammed. Ordered and paid for 2 chunky cardigans in August. They quickly took my cash, but unfortunately I am still awaiting the merchandise.

I had placed an order with this company but sadly the goods were rejected by Customs and returned to them.
They have answered every email I have sent them promptly. They have now cancelled my order as requested and are giving me a full refund including postage.
Although I did not receive the order, they have kept in touch and have been very apologetic for any inconvience.
They have advised me to check my account to ensure the refund is made and contact them again if its not back within the time limit they have set.
Let's hope this happens but so far I have had good responses from them.
Please let us all know how you got in contact? I have nothing to go on? It has been over 2 months since I ordered & they took $43.57 out of my bank acct. Seems like a scam to me. I want my money back ASAP.
I do not believe customs would have return clothes unless there was something very suspicious!
Do you have documentation? You should have had received something from customs.
You will never get a refund from these, they are wasting your time!
