I ordered Spa steps. I received a T-shirt instead. They said they would ship the correct order, waited a month and then said it was lost in transit. My first clue was the tracking they sent, "Out of delivery," instead of out for delivery. Requested a refund. Said they would only refund 60 percent due to their lost product. Said it would be 20 days. It has been over a month now. They have not responded to any more of my emails.

No response on phone calls - phone seems to be phony - sitting in Jasper Alabama. the company address in L.A California is an apartment complex. Occupancy names have obviously nothing to do with the Company homepage -
did get though a confirmation of payment of 85 Usd and a tracking number after urging on the company email address - It was interesting to watch the goods rolling over half of the globe - I think these scammers sit in the US and the Chinese supplying companies have nothing to do with the scheme. Don' t buy from there, it is a SCAM - be careful US Scammers.. I will also send a note to the supplying companies.
Ladwsk.com is a complete scam. Ordered 2 portable hot tubs and received 6 pairs of ankle socks after waiting 44 days. Emailed but never received a response back.
