My mom ordered a jacket and pair of shoes from this awful store. The jacket (ordered XL because I like my jackets to be really big on me) is too small, can’t even fit my arms in the sleeves. The shoes were ordered as size 8.5 US womens. They arrived and are huge! Like 11 MENS! Customer service is a joke. Said they can’t return because they sent the correct size. This response was after I sent 23 emails. The rest of them just said that I should gift them to a friend because shipping them back would be expensive! So my mom who is on a fixed income and lives across the country from me did something so sweet and this horrible company screwed her. I hope the disgusting people who run this company get the karma they deserve.
I will never order from ladderlamp.com again. I received the coat over a month later. The S is sized more like a tiny XS, and the quality is horrible. They responded saying they can’t refund or exchange because I received the size I ordered. They also stated “feel free to gift the item to friends.” I responded saying their website says 30 day return policy. They again stated they shipped what I ordered. I responded again and then they offered $4 compensation to keep the jacket. Yep, just $4. I continue to deal with customer service overseas.
I also ordered the jacket and haven't received it..any email to the company is answered with please be patient, it is being shipped! BS!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!
Ordered coat 2 sizes above my size. Finally received it 2 months later and it is small in the sleeves. I can't put my arms in. Customer service is a joke. They said the item is "correct" and won't issue a refund or give me return address. Do not purchase from them. They use Asian sizing and there's no way to know your size.
Ordered a coat from ladderlamp in November. Never received it.
