I spent over $150 with them on their Black Friday sale last year. They were very vague when I kept emailing to ask when my things were to arrive. I decided to be patient and wait for them to contact me. Emails have since been returned as email address not found. Been trying to get my order from them for since November the 3rd haven't heard anything they keep going to tell me the something went wrong with my order wait 15 to 20 more days it's been 20 days Plus so now I realize that this is a scam app I am going to ask him for my money back and I am done and I will not do this ever again so I will let people in my family know
I made an order on Dec 16th 2022 for Christmas gifts never got MY order so I canceled my order and I never heard from them. I spent $47.97 on my order and they won't credit my credit card back. I have emailed them so many times and no response from them at all. Big SCAM!!
U paid for shoes and never vreceived. After a lot of mails, they stop responding. After 6 months I received an email from Kuenlen that I have reserved a shoes, if I like them, to pay them... to pay?! (again?!) No words.
