I placed the order January 11th we are now in February 7th I don't have my order never came I have emailed them several times no response I really think this site is a scam that took my money and let me know what I can do to get my money back it's almost a month and no item has arrived to my door yet please help me what can I do to get my money back
I ordered in March of 2022 and I never received an email saying that my items have shipped. Emailed twice asking if I will ever get my purchases and so far no replies back.
I ordered back in June and when’ I checked on the order they just keep promising to ship this last time no response when I wanted a refund now store shows closed and when I tried to check order status so I won’t make that mistake again so stupid of me I should have known products being so cheap
And seeing these purses elsewhere for much more expensive 🙁
I've ordered something from them recently and when I went on my confirmed order email n clicked to view the site it can't be found ! Have I been scammed out of my money?
I ORDERED IN MARCH 2022 IN MAY I GOT AN EMAIL FROM A COMPANY WITH A "BRAVETIDE" EMAIL THAT KEPT REJECTING MY EMAIL, DEFINITELY SUSPICIOUS, AND SUDDENLY KLINNEY WAS CLOSED AND I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND!!!
i have an order but sad to say until now i did not receive any favorable reply.
i purchased a dress march 3, 2022 and paid for it in full, they havent sent it yet and suddenly their email changed to service@bravetide,,,,,they constantly send email replies to my questions about my account asking for my email, which is obviously an obstruction to my inquiries and they already have my money--it sounds like a scam!
Ordered 4/8 nothing yet sent several e-mails heard nothing
I ordered 2 dresses from this company ages ago, neither of them arrived and I believe I have been scammed.the 2 email addresses have changed the latest one is service@braveheart ,which you get no reply from.
