What is Kingef .com?

It is an online shopping store which is selling various products such as glass arts, decorative arts, Peace Sunflower Bracelet, "Prepare for Mother's Day“ Sterling Silver Cross Full Diamond Ring (Gift Box), Sterling Silver Heart Wire Ring The best New Year gift for Yourself, The best New Year gift for your lover, Hand Carved Crescent Moon Hair Fork For Women, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about this online store before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Kingef / Oksana is classified as one of the doubtful sites due to the following facts on its website:

Contact Information:

It has provided the parent company's name and address on its Terms of Service and Contact Us pages as Hymax Company Limited: 344-354 Gray's Inn Road, London, Greater London, England, WC1X 8BP. We also don't find any evidence that Kingef or Oksana is operated by Hymax Company Limited. Moreover, this company name is found to be used by other suspicious sites like Asjrocks, Iusswnnt, Rookooo, Darlees, Onioney, Mirrorur, Nightarian, Pantoette, Crayonif, ArGumub, PoloApple, Hoabove, NanrobotSale, FlowerInnovationShop, Boulderlu, Vitreso, Customizism, Easylice, Eockpull, and so on. Hence, we shall not trust such a site for any kind of online shopping.

At the time of this review, it has provided its parent company name and address Hymax Company Limited: 344-354 Gray's Inn Road, London, Greater London, England, WC1X 8BP, however, in the future it may change its parent company name and address since similar types of sites did change their parent company names and addresses in the past.

Its email address i.e. decotamattock41@gmail.com is a free email address but not its domain specific one.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple scam sites. Its About Us page is also similar with multiple other sites like Asjrocks, JasieMall, HermeGarden, Quinnzero, HouseHoldCat, GardenDecsales, Damstaion, HaudyShop, ChenxinruyiShop, ShuizhilianShop, ShunfaShop, AslkslrShop, InfkxlqovShop, ZoreOnlineStore, TheBustShop, EclnShop, AirShoper, JiolerShop, GuessWhatly, MeeevhOnline, etc.

Its domain name i.e. Kingef .com and website name i.e. Oksana are different but legit websites don’t put their website name differently than their domain name and the same website name is also mentioned on its policy pages instead of its domain name which occurs due to a copy-paste error of contents.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

From the above stated reasons, it can be concluded that Kingef / Oksana is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the following review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck!

The product certainly was not as advertised. Supposed to be stained glass, was actually painted pressboard. And no "beautiful gift box", just cardboard. Definitely a scam. i just hope they won't use my credit card info further!

  2. God I wish I’d read this before I got totally sucked in! I was so heartbroken for Ukraine and I thought this might be a genuinely nice way to help out in some small way. NOOOOOO!! Those beautiful “stained glass” birds are PLASTIC. And the email address - bounce back! I’m so angry that I was duped!

  3. I purchased a glass suncatcher on his site. I received a cheap plastic one. I’ve been ripped off!

I bought 3 sun catcher Ukrainian hummingbirds from the above company. They were advertised as glass and copper Cost $77 . a percentage of the cost was supposed to be going to a Ukrainian fund. They arrived scratched poorly packed, no paper work. They are made of
transparent plastic with a colour transfer on the back. I can’t find anyway to send them back. I’ve sent several emails, no answer. The thing that upsets me most is scum making money from the suffering of innocent people.

  5. It’s a scam!!!! I got caught. Said it was a fund raiser for Ukraine and said it was a stain glass bird. Well it arrived and it’s a terribly made PLASTIC bird…. Very angry how dare you use vulnerable Ukraine to steal our money.
