We got our pet beds and toothbrushes from KanineCare they are legit i think you guys are confusing them with kanineKare
What appalling customer service. I contacted KanineCare the very same day my dog toothbrush arrived letting them know it has lasted less than 10 min so maybe a 2 min chew and it was unusable. Their response is as follows: Our dog toothbrush was never advertised as indestructible, it's a chew toy that is meant to be disposable after repeated use, our refund policy also states clearly "To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging". My issue is there was no repeated use at all and how can you find this out if you do not let your dog chew it so cannot be returned unused. No replacement or refund / part refund. I would not purchase from here again. AU$50 chewed to bits in 2 min.
I got the same exact response! I purchased the extreme dental chew because one of my dogs is a pretty aggressive chewer. Within five minutes he had broken off a large piece and almost swallowed it. I understand these aren’t meant to be indestructible, but if he can do that much damage in five minutes, this thing is obviously a piece of crap. Customer service clearly has no intention of refunding my money or offering any other solution(they said pretty much exactly what you were told.) So I’m just here to warn any potential buyers (with dogs that actually are going to chew on it since that’s the what they need to do to get their teeth clean,) this specific product is not worth the risk of your dog swallowing a piece of the rubber and getting hurt.

We got our dog toothbrushes from them and they are legit, i dont know what you guys are saying but they do ship their items on time and have helped our dogs
Don’t be fooled by this company’s claim that this item will ship from “warehouses worldwide depending on our customer location” - it ships from China. I’m happy to order from other countries but it would be have nice for this company to be upfront and honest so customers can make decisions about where to buy products, especially when there are global supply chain challenges worldwide right now. Instead of being honest about the misleading shipping information listed online, they’ve doubled down on their policies. We will not be supporting this company further and neither should you.
