I wished to order a shirt as a Christmas present for my son. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size, immediately realized my error, cancelled the order both online & by email communication in which I requested a postage-paid return authorization and refund of my money. I then reordered the correct size the same day.It took a couple of days to receive a reply which requested a picture of what I wished to cancel because they said they were unsure about which order I wished to cancel. I dutifully sent a picture as well as the order #. For several days, I kept getting emails offering me discounts to keep a shirt no one I know could wear. After about 3 weeks of this, I received an email stating the order could not be cancelled as it had been shipped. I again emailed requesting a return authorization and refund of my money which I have yet to receive. I received both shirts within a couple of days. I have yet to receive either a return authorization of any kind or a refund of my money. Shame on this entire firm. Many, like me, live on limited funds and save all year to be able to give Christmas gifts to their loved ones. I can ill afford to spend almost $33 for a shirt no one can wear.

Subject: Return Authorization
As your records should indicate I canceled order # 24852221116167 the same day I ordered it because I ordered a size small instead of a size large. I ordered the right size the same day. A charge of $32.23 for the size small shirt & $30.98 for the large shirt cleared my bank on November 16, 2022.
As there seemed to be a problem cancelling the order on your website, I also emailed you my cancellation request the same day. I then received a return email stating that you needed a picture of the order I wanted to cancel since your records indicated more than one order from me. I sent the picture of the item to be cancelled by return email the same day.
I then began receiving email offers to purchase items at reduced costs, all of which I refused & reiterated that I just wanted the wrong sized item order cancelled. Instead, I received several more emailed offers & was then informed by email that it was too late to cancel the item because it had shipped.
I now find myself in possession of both shirts, one of which will not fit anyone I know. I live on a very small sum every month & cannot afford to spend money in a shirt on one can wear.
Please let me know how to return this item I informed you I wished. To cancel several days before you shipped it. A postage-paid return authorization would be much appreciated as it was not my fault the item wasn't cancelled before it was shipped in the first place.
