Jordanstor is a scam online store, not the genuine one because it is misusing the brand name of Nike SNKRS by providing SNKRS logo as its website name and logo but it is not associated with Nike company. # It is misusing the brand name of Nike by providing Nike logo as its website logo and claiming to sell the Nike brand products although it is not authorized seller for Nike brand products or it is not associated with Nike company.
# Its company’s address is provided at the bottom of the website and on its Contact Us page as 4740 Old Pineville Rd suite d, Charlotte, NC 28217,U.S.A. But there is no business with the name Jordanstor that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps, instead, there are other businesses mentioned over there.
# Facebook doesn't allow to share the link of this website which means Facebook has found some suspicious activities within this website or lots of complaints from the users.
# Its address is from the USA but on its Terms of Service page, it has mentioned its services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. How can a company from USA be governed by the law of China?
# It is selling Nike Air Jordan shoes at unrealistic heavy discount rates that none of the legit online stores can afford to offer.
# Lots of details on its website including the website theme match with multiple scam sites.
# These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. I thought I was being scammed but received my order. Box was beat up but I he shoes are in great condition and authentic
I ordered my sons shoes from here and they arrived in the time that the store gave me for shipping. I did think I was being scammed because of the tracking and no one would answer an email. But the shoes were delivered and they are really good quality
Contact the FBI that’s what everyone needs to do to bring them down. I paid 165.00 dollars and I contacted the FBI
i used paypal to purchase my item on July 28th and I had a strong feeling nothing would come when they never emailed me my tracking order..i am 17 years old and very scared on what to do next.HELP
i had recently bought shoes off of here and they didn't even send me an email tracking number. i was lucky enough to screenshot my tracking number at the end of the payment but all it says is completed. i am only 17 years old and have no idea what I should do. the number to the website is false because I called it and it is a store in Charlotte, NC. HELP!
For me i had to wait about a month, i also used paypal, and it showed that my order was in china, a month later it's in los angeles now with a tracking order and it's coming my way to Illinois, i think you have to wait
did they email you a tracking number? mine just says completed and doesn't show where my shoes are.
i had made a purchase on July 26th and got an email saying my order was completed but there was no other tracking info and im not sure how i can get a refund back if i haven't received anything.

I ordered mine 12 days ago (standard shipping 7-15 days). The follow up emails seemed suspicious & whenever I went to track my order it just said "completed". I only have a Paypal receipt but no way of knowing if the shoes are actually coming. I saw only one person say they received their shoes, I really hope this isn't a scam. Can someone help please?
On July 28 I ordered some air Jordan 1s university blue, my order said completed so I tried tracking it, and there was no further steps to tracking it. When I look up their address online, it is not a Nike or Jordan related store.
On July 20 I placed a order on Jordanstor.com for some gamma blue 11s and never received my order and when I try to track it there are no stages to the tracking it just says order complete.
I have also placed an order with the website on July 22 and through paypal. The jordanstor.com is no longer opening to get any info. After calling my credit card who told me to call Paypal. I filled a claim online with Paypal despite not receiving the items as I doubt I will ever get them. What are the chances I get my money back?
You can get full refund if you can explain in detail by contacting the PayPal support team. You can also show them this review as a reference. So, open a dispute via your PayPal account and explain to them everything.
I made a purchase at this store and made a credit card payment through PayPal. In this case, would I not have PayPal security as a buyer? The purchase was made three days ago and has not yet expired. How should I proceed? Thanks

Are you sure you have received the original shoes. Can you confirm either they are original or copied ones?
Call you bank I just did it did the same to me. File a claim for fraud
