Ivydaycandy is categorized as one of the suspicious sites due to the following facts:

Contact Information:

The company’s address of this online store is mentioned on ABOUT US page as 2507 Haven Drive, Killeen Texas 76543, United States. This address is pinpointed on a residential house in Google Maps, on or around where there is not any business with the name Ivydaycandy that has been mentioned. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Discount and Sales offers:

It has listed lots of products on sale with heavy discount claims. Mostly scam sites are found to be offering such kind of discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

The website theme and lots of other details provided on its website match with multiple problematic sites.

Its About Us page is also similar with multiple other sites like ZillyeponlineShop, OneStyleStore, Zainone, Maquilin, Dieiss, Cathytok, Graionnn, ChicFlory, Troglye, GigidiceShop, Somegoodfor, UsainverseShop, DorriShop, Fancyinghome, Onecentss, Behaviorhis, Stratoyo, Mondotz, Mondotive, Turboury, Retroate, Gizmombo, Mondotz, Stratoera, Primotrix, JodiitioShop, Eafavorite, WlightShop, Kudotera, Mojotrix, Stratoakin, Burstabout, Wolkaer, Verylore, CzcmnShop, Icemenruy, Twokissme, Seawoody, Firmemotion, etc.

Returns and Exchange:

Its Return Policy is found to be very unrealistic to offer any kind of return and exchange of items to its customers. We have found this kind of online store hardly make any returns and exchanges in any conditions. So, it is almost impossible to get the full or even a partial payment back from these kinds of online stores due to their confusing returning and/or exchanging provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The delivery time, customer support as well as the after sales services of these kinds of online stores are claimed to be very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of online stores.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

NOTE: These kinds of sites are found to be changing their website name as well as whole content of their website from time to time. So, the following review is based on the details provided on its website on aforementioned date. If you find any other details than what we have provided on this review later, then that means this online store has changed its details. However, that still makes it a suspicious site.

Good Luck !

Don't use this company as their advertising is false in so much as what you order is not what you get. Then they won't refund your money per their own return policy but state only if product is defective or damaged regardless their policy states for ANY reason. Keep your money and use a trustworthy and honorable company.

We received the small package today in the mail and it was partially opened and leaking. The color is terrible and it’s not Auburn like we ordered, It’s Fuschia Hot Pink meant for a clown.

  4. SCAM!! I have also been a victim of the scam where you order an eyelash product called Nutrilash for 24USD and end up with a $5 knockoff version. Currently dealing with customer support but I don't hold out much hope

Definately scam. My lash serum arrived, from China, Product name on the lashwand was different to the label advertised and after 4 weeks of using everyday there is NO visible difference. Also ordered a hair dye, which arrived from China, and has No user instruction sheet or directions for use on the box.
    Don't use this company. Scammers.

I’ve also brought the hair dye and like you mention it’s from China and contains no instructions what so ever which is insane considering the instructions that come with ur regular box dye you purchase. I’m literally about to give it a go with the directions they mention in the Facebook ad but noticed that people putting dye in don’t even have gloves on ??‍♀️ wounds love your feed back if you have actually gone and put in ur hair ??✌?

I ordered hair shadow powder blonde in colour. I received the right colour the first time. The 2nd time not so lucky. Ordered blonde and light blonde and received brown and dark grey colour. After many emails and photos they insist I was sent the correct order even though clearly it was not correct. I will find somewhere else to order from in future.

I reported this scam company to PayPal by opening a dispute, and received a full refund within seconds! I had placed my order with them on 5/13/23 from a Facebook ad, and emailed several times since then for status. They only sent a tracking link that showed my order arrived in the US from China on 5/22/23 (I had no idea it was shipping from China). As of today 6/5/23 the order still has not been handed off to USPS, according to tracking. They’re a total scam

If you have not received the item you ordered, it is advisable to reach out to your bank or credit card company promptly and request their assistance in obtaining a refund. If your payment was made through PayPal, you should open a dispute directly through your PayPal account and contact their support team. Make sure to provide them with a thorough explanation of the situation, including all relevant details. It may be helpful to reference this review as well. Good luck with your refund process!
