ah if only i had found this site before i got robbed. yup - add another one to the tally. ordered 2 sets of china plates and faithfully tracked its delivery. was delighted when they claimed it was delivered. i searched my entire property but nothing there. tried to contact them, hm shipping co., but everything was a no-go. today i contacted my state's attorney general /better business bureau to file a complaint. facebook will be alerted as well.
DO NOT BUY FROM CATHYTOK! I'm reading that a lot of people received paper plates. I ordered "Halloween Royal Stafford Porcelain Dish Comes with Gift Box×1" for my boyfriend. I grew suspicious when my bank denied the payment because it was "out of the country". My bank stated my payment was being sent to the UK. I proceeded and pushed through the payment. BAD IDEA! It says on the website that the items are shipping from CA. They are NOT! They are shipped from China. I only knew this because I received tracking info and it stated it was coning from China. At this point, I knew that I may never receive what I ordered, it may not be what I ordered or it may get stuck in customs. Not only are payments being sent to the UK, but their items are shipped from China to a port in CA. I emailed CathyTok twice asking about the status of my order prior to receiving shipping updates more than a week later. I never heard back from them. I received a package of Halloween paper plates instead of the porcelain plates I ordered. I spent $32 on PAPER PLATES! I am blaming myself for not doing more research on this company. I was "Ok" with my payment going to the U.K. but I was NOT "Ok" with items being shipped in from China, when they said items were being shipped from CA. Their play on words is very misleading. Yes, they do ship from CA, but they fail to tell us that they originate in China and are shipped upon payment being received. I am so disappointed. I know I probably won't see my money again. I am reaching out to my bank about this in hopes of getting a refund. They couldn't even reply to my emails, so I doubt they'll refund me. Lesson learned! BUYER BEWARE!

I too ordered two Halloween plates and received two compact type mirrors. I emailed them twice and received no response so filed a dispute with my credit card company. Still waiting for them to make a decision.
Do not order from cathytok.com. I ordered a porcelain plate. I got a plate. As a matter of fact, I got 5. PAPER PLATES that is. There is no way to contact them. Lesson learned.
Total scam!!!! Ordered a porcelain Halloween dinner plate. I received 2 small packs of Halloween paper plates!
