What is IvyAlpha .com?

It is an online shopping store that is selling clothing and fashion products such as two piece suits, tops, pants, leggings, dresses, swimsuits, etc. However, there are so many things you must know about it before choosing it as your shopping destination.

Ivyalpha complaints Ivyalpha fake or real Ivyalpha legit or fraud | De Reviews

We have categorized Ivy Alpha as one of the doubtful sites because of the following facts on its website:

Company Address:

The company’s address of this online store is mentioned as Haiguang Building, No.33 Shuixian Road, Siming District, Xiamen. There is no business with the name Ivyalpha that has been mentioned on or around this address on Google Maps. Instead, other businesses are mentioned over there. So, it is clear that this site is trying to hide the information, we shall not trust such a company for any kind of online shopping.

Security of the website:

It has provided the fake trust seal logos of McAfee at the bottom of its website and Norton on its Checkout page. So if you shop at this site, your personal and financial information such as your credit card information might be stolen.

Discount and Sales offers:

It is claiming to sell lots of products at heavy discount rates. You should know that these days mostly scam sites are offering such huge discounts to attract people into their scam.

Copied content:

Lots of details provided on its website, including its website theme match with multiple problematic sites.

Returns and Exchange:

It has a Return and Refund Policy which is found to be very unrealistic for the return and exchange of items. It has stated that the return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. So, it is almost impossible to get the full payment back from these kinds of websites due to their confusing provisions.

Customer Complaints and Delivery:

The customer support as well as delivery time of sites similar to this site is also very poor as per the complaints received from the buyers of similar kinds of sites.

Our Final Verdict:

All the above stated reasons are enough to draw the conclusion that IvyAlpha is one of the suspicious websites.

These days multiple new online stores are claiming to sell various items on huge discount, but most of them are scams. So, it’s better to stay away from the new online stores or at least do some research before you purchase something from the new online stores because most of these new online stores don’t deliver the purchased items to their clients or, deliver completely different or very low-quality items. Some scam online stores even have charged the credit card of clients randomly without their consent. So, if you have ever purchased mistakenly from scam sites, we suggest you immediately contact your bank or credit card company to secure your credit card information.

Good Luck!

  1. I placed an order for swimming suits in April of 2023 ($184.00). I emailed them well within the 'return before' date requesting the RA # and shipping address. No reply. I emailed them a 2nd time to give them a chance to reply. No reply. I ended up disputing the charges with American Express. I received a refund from AmEx for the FULL amount. I have ZERO use for the swimming suits. They are made VERY POORLY. I will end up donating them all.

  2. It is fraud I have emailed 7 times to get return authorization and label NO results

  3. I ordered two sweatshirts. I too, received an email that siad they were in LA. I ordered about six weeks ago. They charged my credit card and I never received my sweatshirts. I emailed them and they said they had no order for me. If they didn't have an order for me how did they charge my credit card???

  4. I too am worried that this is a scam. I placed my order five days ago and it has not yet shipped. I have sent four emails, all of which have been ignored. I will challenge this charge via PayPal if the item is not shipped in the next two days.

  7. I placed an order with IvyAlpha 3 days ago. My PayPal payment went through. I still have not yet received the confirmation email from IvyAlpha with the order information. I also am unable to view my order on their website. I sent an email to service@ivyalpha.com. I am getting a little worried and suspicious. I hope they respond.
